I had a hunter shoot this boar today. It went totally ballistic after the first shot and tried to kill about 6 of us repeatedly. It mowed down small trees while people were hanging in them and snapping them like toothpicks.
5 shots from a 7 magnum and four 12 gauge slugs and he finally went down. All but one of the shots were right in the sweet spot but he wouldn’t go down.
It was filmed for a TV show so you should see it on the OC, men’s and Sportmen’s channel in the not so distant future.
He was weighed at the local Co-op on certified scales at 580 pounds.
That is some impressive lookin PORK !!! I can attest to the not so nice side of the creatures, seen a few of my friends attain tree climbing abilities that would amaze you when smaller hogs than that wanted to chew on their heels
Woody any idea if these were hunted on a Ranch/ Game Farm ?
