Seaway challenge shoot

Post by Butt »

Hi fella's and ladies, just want to let you about the first annual Seaway challenge shoots that are being held at six different clubs within Ontario this spring/summer. You have to shoot at least three to qualify for a big trophy ceremony at the last shoot. Would really appreciate if some of you could come out and support these shoots to have some fun and bring this great sport back.Sick of going to shoots and seeing 20 to 25 shooter's and maybe 2 of them being Xbower's. These are the dates,

April 2 / 2006 Napanee Rod & Gun Club
April 8 / 2006 Napanee Rod & Gun Club
April 30 / 2006 Lower Trent Valley Fish & Game Club (Frankford)
May 7 / 2006 Grenville Fish & Game Club
May 28 / 2006 Kingston Archery Club
June 11/ 2006 Crooked Arrow Archery Club (Picton)

It's 25 dollars to register, you can register at the first shoot or register early and get in on the early bird prize, a pair of Motorola radio's. To register early this is the contacted for registration forms.( [email protected]) If you have any problems email me at ([email protected]. Come out and have some fun. Would really like to meet some of you guy's.

some of the clubs, actually all of them are very far from my location, but maybe i'll make it there, if anyone of my friends wants to go with me.
For me hunting is just like Mossy Oak, it's not a passion, it's an Obsession

Well the first shoot is over 87 shooters in all, it was a great day and the largest shoot I have been to in this area. Very well set out course a heck of a challenge.
I shot a 172 in the morning and then the wheels fell off my cart I lost four arrows and shot a 118 in the afternoon my worst round of 3D archery since I started shooting competitions :(
Needless to say I am not in the top 3, LOL.
Came out 5th out of twelve or thirteen crossbows however.

Well just a few more days to round numero 2.
But I will have to buy a few more bolts first and of course a brain tune up may be in order. Hey BJ do you have next day freight, smile........

Hope to see a few of you local boys out to a few of these great shoots.

Cheers,
Don :)
