I shoot both the Goldtip laser 2's with a front brass insert (404-407grs)..
and Beman thunderbolts (414-415grs) both cut down to 18.5"...they both shoot super from my bow, with deadly accuracy out to 50yds....i also fletch my own bolts with 4" duravanes with about a 5-6 deg. offset...I find this setup works great for me...hope this helps..BB

You can also shoot the Goldtip laser 2's that come with the package about (360grs), but i'm not a speed freak, and like to keep the weight just over the 400gr. mark...less stress on any excal..and more KE.
Good luck on your choice..BB
