priorities have changed from a new .22 at this time to bills! dentist, insurance, board (for 3 months :oops: ) so i am dropping this to $225 cash.

i know i could save it until fall and sell it for 50 bucks more at least but i need the money now. its NIB guys...

That's a great price ch312, I'm sure it would be gone if it was late summer. Maybe post a picture so everyone can see what it looks like. Is this it?

Well I'll tell you one thing, if I lived closer to you I'd be banging your door down with $225.00 cash in hand without even thinking twice about it. You can't go wrong with that deal!... I'm suprised nobody's jumped on it yet!

i cant believe it either lonewolf :?: if i still have it in the summer ill be putting it back up for $275 so i can get mor eof my money back.

it is the same as that one in the pic but instead of having that rest/bar going across the front this one has a v shaped gun rest and a bow holder.

bstout, you say the best ladder stand made, well I have to disagree :D

I recently purchased the the Expedition Outfitter Lounger Ladder Stand, an although it's still in it's box waiting for this Fall season. I would have to believe that my model would be more confortable. 8)

Glad to hear that it can be set-up by one person.
