Air Canada charging $130.00 to check unrestricted firearms

Post by Bert »

Hello Guys:
Just found out that effective June 2006, Air Canada will be charging
$ 60.00 each way to ship your unrestricted firearms as checked luggage. This could impact crossbows as well so it would be prudent to write a letter to Air Canada objecting to this unnecessary policy.

Easiest way to solve the problem is to not fly with Air Canada!

Never do ulness someone else is paying. I have had nothing but complaints when it comes to Air Canada. I'd like to hear the explaination for this one. Who cares what it is you are checking in. As long as you're within you bag limit, what's the problem.

Just another money grab.
