All I can say is that Excalibur's Customer Service is exceptional.
I had a dry fire with my Exomax resulting in a splintered left limb. I sent an Email to customer service and was given a RA number.
The limb assembly was sent on Sept 5th 2006 (a Tuesday) and I received the new limb assembly by return mail on Tuesday Sept. the 12th 2006. No shop charges or limb charges nor postage charges!!!
Hats off to Peter and the Excalibur staff!!!
