Local paper has it published; many GPS units will give the the actual times for where you are standing (make sure you are standing on the east side of the CO when you check, you can be sure that his time will be slightly later than yours).

I think common sense should prevail.

Sunrise sunset

Pennsylvania does it up properly as they publish both these numbers in their Hunting Regulations as they vary across the state, and they would vary across Ontario too.
In that state you can only hunt until sunset, and not a half hour after as we can here in Ontario.

They go by this website.

http://www.hia-iha.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/sunrise_adv_e.html

Listed on their website under the "Notices" section below "Deer".

(I guess I should have put that link up as well.)

http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/mnr/fwmenu.html

Since they are posting this website on theirs it make it official. Nothing to argue about.

Here's the link to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997 so that you can have a look at it. You may want to save this as a "favourite" for future ref.
