Man that looks good! I am a big sausage fan - live for brats and polish sausage. Did you make that sausage yourself? Recipe's???

Thanks for making me hungry

DrDan,

I make it myself, but use pre-mixed seasonings (mostly from Con Yeager Spices or Eldon's). I use natural hog casings and have a sausage press and grinder It's actually pretty easy to do and very tasty.

That was the joke part, the buck was only a 5 pt, nothing to brag about. I couldn't stand it no more and had to let one fly. Good thing they give us 3 bucktags in VA.

3 tags suks though.. we should get 1 for bow and 1 for muzzleloader, then 2 or 3 for shotgun season with each license we buy :D

Last year I had 1 tag left since I only saw 2 shooters close ehough

congrats on the buck though.. its nice to get one under the belt;) Its raining today but if it breaks I might try my ground blind. Nice being afarmer since you can take time off to hunt late in the day but get to work really early the next to make up the time;)
