Rage 2 Blade vs Rage 3 Blade Experience

Anyone one looking for Rage 3 Blade quickly learns they are on back order until after this year's season. I found Rage 2 Blade at a local Archery Shop and they said some people even prefer the 2 Blade 2 inch cut vs the 1.5 inch cut of the 3 Blade. Sounds like an excuse for being out of the Rage 3 Blade to me. Does anyone have any experience with the results of the Rage 2 Blade?

I used the rage 2 blade for the first time this year. They shoot the same as my field tips.
I killed a 11 point with a double lung shot. Took out a rib and a half going in and a rib going out.
Made a three inch entry hole and almost three inch exit hole.
The bolt zipped through the buck. He took a few jumps then stopped to see what scared him. His back legs gave out and he was down and out.
It all happened in less than thirty seconds.
I was going to use the three blade rage but did opt for the extra cutting width over the three blades.
Man am I glad I did.

Thanks for the info. I purchased the 2 Blade because no 3 Blade was available. My concern was the 2 Blade seemed so wide, it my break up on contact if it hit a rib. Your experience shows this is not the case. Congrats on the 11 pointer.
