I was in my stand at 5:00 am an hour and half before daylight. Shot this guy at 8 yards 5 minutes before it was to dark to shoot (A long time to sit in one spot) as I was getting ready to climb my stand down. I would have passed him up had I been able to judge his rack a little better low light and looking at the rack at 10 yards thur the scope made him look much bigger almost the twin for the 8 pointer I shot during bow season. Still happy

(and if the rack looked smaller after the shot blame it on
"ground shrinkage" - I've had it happen more than once!
