Fiber optic front sight

Does anyone know of an after market option for the front site on an Excalibur? The little green fiber optic piece has broken twice on my wife's xbow. It takes next to nothing to break these things off.

here's what i did with my factory sights. i filled the post with the fiber optic with a toothpick and then i used a dremel tool and drilled a cavity on the top and bottom posts. after i did this i used a paint for gun sights mixed with another paint that glows. now i have a green, white and red aiming point. it works really great but my old eyes have forced me scope my vixen

. anyway i hope this helps because if it does it will the first time i have been able to give some useful advice on this site. there's a bunch of great guys on this site and they've helped me a whole lot in my quest to become an efficient and skillful crossbow hunter.
