Something wrong here

Post by Tom »

Something wrong when you go deer hunting and all you get to see is turkeys. Over 40 turkeys in the last two days and all within 25 yards but still have not seen a deer yet.

These two are of a flock in the field, 17 in total.

This is of the BIG TOM that cam close to my ladder stand. There was a total of 23 in that flock.

But I am not really complaining  :P   cause I love looking at wildlife. I just wished these animals would come in the correct season more often  .

Gary great pics, nice to see how they react when in close isn't it. My last turkey pics were from a treestand, it is amazing but I feel that they see you faster in a treestand then when on the ground.

I REALLY REALLY hate that!! This year during the shotgun hunt when the gang was pushing we must of pushed out over 100 turkeys. And that same bush in the spring your lucky to hear let alone see a bird. Makes me wonder if "pushing" for turkey should be a new tactic to try :?:
