Received today my DVD on how to Field Dressing, Skin and Butchering Deer. Just US$12 from The Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Fast delivery.
Wow! 1 hour and 40 minutes of fantastic high resolution.
At first when I saw the doe being gutted, I told myself "Boy this is going to be a short DVD on butchering deer", but thank God they did it on a nice size Buck.
Glad you brought this to my attention. I don't think I'll ever send any of my deers to a butcher, unless the weather outside is way to warm.

Old Indian saying, if a leaf falls from a tree in the woods the turkey will see it, the deer will hear it, the bear will smell it, the moose will not eat it, but be on the look-out for LeGrand.
