Hey, Travis ...

Not in the market for another crossbow myself, but I sure hope yours (and it's associated extras) sells quickly.

Sorry to hear of your difficulty. Do your best, and do it well.

We're rooting for you!

Travis, there's a member by the name of Rutman, who's looking to buy a Vixen. Check the Tradepost and you'll see his post.

Travis, couple questions. Not planning to buy one right now but if the price is right.

Is it a forward riser vixen?
Is it deer hide brown? I think maybe they all are, but not sure?
What scope is on it?

Would not be interested in some of the items, are you willing to break the package up?

I would just want the xbow stuff, xbow and accessories.

Like I said not sure I want it, but let me know. I can PM questions too, if you want to do it that way.

Vixens do not have forward facing risers, they'd be Pheonixs if they did. 8)

Digger I don't think that is right. My sons new vixen has a forward riser.

Digger is correct. The Vixen with a forward riser would be a Phoenix give or take half an inch.

I am pretty sure my new vixen has forward riser. Dan Miller even told me if I put the vixen riser on my emag I would have an emax. When I put them together the vixen's tips are 1 inch further forward and the riser looks like it has an angle to me. Are you guys sure? Does not sound right to me.

I am sure the new vixens do have new risers. A fairly recent change. The vixens power stroke is now a inch shorter than the phoenix.

I don't know how to put the chart up directly.

A Vixen was a 150 lb draw in 1994 and in 2007, a forward facing riser would increase that poundage. :)
