No, the photo is of the man (Bill Troubridge) who, along with his wife Kath, made Excaliburs what they are today.

It's from the cover of one of Excalibur's early catalogues, I'm not exactly sure of the date, but I believe it's 1994.

Yeah you can tell the age, by the older limb tips and the older style quiver mount. By the way I personally love the old style quiver mount.
