The "Airow Gun"

Post by maple »

Found this ad in the March 2007 issue of Deer and Deer Hunting magazine. It's an attachment to convert a vert bow to a .22 caliber pellet gun, with a scope, for "wackin' any varmint that happens across your path".

Moral doom is creeping upon vert bow users, whose immoral quest for new technologies has sunk them to using an airowgun, rather than embracing upright values and shooting a crossbow, like a true traditional archer.

There is also the rather bizarre "AIRROW STEALTH" from Swivel Machine, it shoots arrows via compressed air. It featured at the start of the movie "Hard Target".

I'm shaking my head over that one. Very odd.

But it's probably not a poacher's tool like the crossbow is often accused of being.

That looks completely impractical.
