Dan Miller [AWSOME Customer Service]

I ordered a set of limbs and 2 strings from Dan Miller at Horizontal Archery. He mailed them the same day. I never got them even though UPS said they delivered 2 days later. I called Dan about helping me file a claim. Dan is sending me the limbs and strings and taking care of the UPS claim himself. He said they would be in the mail today. Im here to tell you guys, That is customer service at its best! You better believe I will be doing all my Excalibur Buisness with Dan from now own.

DAN MILLER is not only a fantastic person to deal with -he forgot more abouut crossbows than most store owners will ever know . I bought my bow from him -mail order. Paid maybe a buck or two more than Johns bargin internet sales . But he had it all together RIGHT-sighted in & I had it 3 days later.
When you are ready to go on a trip or a hunt & 2 days beore you loose something or need a string try going to the el cheapo store ! Dan will fix you up right away or tell you what to do to get by.H ehas my business forever !!!

I got a price list from Dan and his prices seemed real good to me. He is cheaper than Bass Pro or Cabelas on Excalibur products. I bought two Flemished strings for 12.00 each. I think they are 19.00 or 20.00 from Bass Pro. I plan on buying all my crossbow accessories from Dan from now own.

I spent a great deal of time with him on the phone one day about a scope issue, I walked away very educated..
Then.. I was in a hunting course and writing away while a video was playing, heard a voice and immediately made the connection.. Kinda neat seeing someone like that once you know them. Danny has an unmistakable voice.

From everything I hear, he is the best. I talked to him once for about 10 minutes and he was very helpful.

On the UPS thing, it is always the shippers responsibility to file the claim. I had the same thing happen to me 2 weeks ago with a GPS and it is still lost in space. I did however receive a 2nd one he sent me, 2 days after I called him about the lost one.

Yah Dan is a great guy! A few years ago I "won" an Excalibur at a Wild Turkey meeting. Being a gimp, I had no idea how I would ever cock it. I called Dan and he said hell, come on out and I'll fix it up for you. He sold me a Crank-A-Roo, mounted a scope and quiver, made me some bolts and got me all sighted in. When I left I was hitting a $0.50 sized spot on a block everytime at 25 yards. I only live about 25 miles from him so whenever I need Excalibur stuff I just go out to his place.

I started shooting xbows in 1970 I had a SK1..I contacted Dan in about 1994 and ordered my first Excalibur, He wrote inside the box with a marker YOU HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE FINEST CROSSBOW ON THE PLANET ..I saw this and said oh yegh sure, UNTIL I SHOT IT...Its been EXCALIBUR ever since.
