I take it you served on the Iroquois class DDH 281 or you would be retired as I am. My Huron was broken up in 1965.
I(was also on the Bonnie for a couple of years

I look at that pic of the aircraft carrier and i dream of flying one of those planes.

I honestly would love to do that for a job, but i never really knew how to go about joining and am now applying to university for architecture.

The biggest thing that was discouraging was the fact that i was told you need perfect 20/20 vision to fly and the oppertuinty in canada to actually get a job flying one was slim to none.

I dont need to wear glasses or anything but the doctors did tell me i do not have perfect vision.

But i also like architecture so... i guess ill see where that takes me.

As said before I have pictures galore but on 35mm and the negatives on some have got a little scratched .If you look closely at the missouri you can see two bullets coming out of the fire ball.Digger the huron was 280 class .Nice thing on the ship I was ew/fc so I got to take pictures .Did two fareast tours so you tend to see some different things in this world.
