IT'S A GIRL!!!

Post by OwnerITO »

Hello all you Excalibur fans. Just wanted to let you all know that my wife and I had our first baby; a little girl. She weighed 6 lbs 15 oz and was born on 15 Apr. We are all doing very well and she is a very good baby. Just wanted to let everyone in on the joy that my wife and I are feeling atm. Oh!! I also found my hunting spot for this year and will be planting Whitetail Institute's No-Plow and putting in their vitamin/mineral mix called 30-06 plus. Wish I had pictures to show you all. (of the baby and my hunting spot) Later, Owner. :D :D :D

Yaaaahooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big congrats to you and your wife, and another congrats on finding a hunting spot. Man ya can't get luckier than that.

Before someone else says it, they sure grow up fast. It just seems like not long ago my two boys were toddlers, now my oldest who just turned 15 is much bigger than me.

Send a picture later of your whole family once things are settled in.

Way to go!

BTW, I like the way you said "first baby" as opposed to "a baby".

Those sleepless nights sometimes seem like they'll never end but before you know it you'll be looking at your girl and wondering where the baby went!

Congrats - I've got two little daddy's girls and the wife is saying (at the moment) that we're not going for #3. Girls are less likely to hunt than boys, but hopefully at least one of mine will take to it. Oh well, even if they never hunt, at least they're more snuggly than boys!
