any one know how to change the battery???????????? misplaced the instructions :( :(

Yes sir. Just hold on to the base of the illumination knob while you take a screw driver and back the top cap off. I just looked at my paperwork and dont see any battery changing instructions :oops: I think once you take the threaded cap off you can easily see how to remove/install the battery.
The instructions DO SAY: This scope uses a 3V lithium battery model CR2032.
