X-Bow turkey down!!

Post by MADMAX2 »

Went out this morning, worked a gobbler to fly down into the cornfield, gobbled his head off for an hour, but would not come into my decoys, then he headed off into the bush,my partner came over, said he went with the hens what next?We decided to bring the decoys in and stay. did some light purrs, not ten minutes later I thought a herd of deer were comming at me it was at least 8 jakes!!very hard to get the bow up with that many eyes on you, with nothing to distract them, but I managed to get the exocet up and got my red dot on one of the birds ,he didn't know what hit him, just a jake but my first with the bow,how sweet it is!!
