Backpack Style Sling for X-bows- Part Deux

Post by Esox »

The search for a perfect sling continues...... I tried out the backpack sling that I bought on a quick hike yestersday and found that when placed on my back the sling rocked back and forth so much that it felt like it was wearing a groove in the center of my back.... There may be a way of securing it better but simplying hooking it up the way it is shown in my limited experience really leaves a lot to be desired.... I like the yoke shape and padding but it needs some work... If I find a way of making it better I'll pass the information on.....

Browning makes a backpack style sling. It's called the xcellerator (or something like that). Might be worth a try.
