Hey James welcome to the forum! I saw your Trad bows for sale on HNI. Why don't you post your bows on the Trading post???

Welcome aboard. I'm new to the x-bow myself. Still waiting on the stringer so I can get my Phoenix going.

Welcome to the forum.

If you are thinking of selling the .30-06 because of an injury, the managed recoil loads might help. My doc took me off the larger rounds, so I'll be trying them out for the first time this weekend at the range. I'll try to post my results.

Welcome to the forum, Ranger.

I have reloaded the '06 for my son & I for years with a 150 gr bullet @ around 3000 fps (near maximum load). As I've gotten older, I don't enjoy the recoil punishment as I did when I was younger. Older-wiser? The 30-06 can be reduced loaded for less recoil.

Good Luck and Enjoy....

Good to have you and your input to the forum Ranger. There are so many nice peopls here to give good advice. I had to go from a side be side double shotgut to a semi- automatic[3shots] to lessen the recoil. Will never be able to use slugs in the 12 gauge or most any high powered rifle. I have the cross bow amd presently getting some practice in. Bought a krankaroo last year so I could cock it. Lots of toys for the screwed up boys. A close friend of mine is in a wheel chair and on oxygen, he still drives his vehiclw and plans on going hunting. He says the disability is only a state off mind. I am anxios to hear what others post to lessen recoil. Keep up the good work.
