How much longer????

Can't wait for the cooler weather of September. I went out last evening to a local trout creek and caught a few little ones but mostly fed the mosquitos and horse flies. Man those horseflies can take some flesh

.

Did see a nice red doe on the walk out. We looked at each other for 10 minutes (at 40 yards) before she decided to wag her tail and walk off. Didn't have the camera, so I figured that's why she stuck around for so long

I was in Cape Breton last week and it was around 12deg C and raining. Thought it was going to snow. I sure liked that alot more than the heat here. Good thing the fridge is well stocked with ice cold wobbly pops

. We are having a BBQ tonight and last year's doe was the first invited to the party

Every evening around 8 pm, theres 2 bucks and 5 does that come behind my house. One buck is a solid 4 1/2 year old and the other is a big 2/12 year old. Im gunna get some decent pictures of the bucks.
