Make one!! It will cost you next to nothing.

A couple feed bags filled with used shrink wrap (packed tightly!) works great. Will stop broadheads easily. At the most 8" of penetration( ) is all you will get. When the outside bag gets shredded just put a new one over top.
You can take the man out of the woods but you can't take the woods out of the man.

Like Chris, I made one from an old feed bag but I stuffed it with old clothing. It's great for target pratice with target tips only, I wouldn't try shooting broadheads into it.

Similar to Chris and Friggs, I filled a bag with no metal window screen that I obtained from a hardware store that replaced widow screens. Pack it in very tight --- stomp and push it into the bag --tie top off and it is set to go.
I use target points only as broadheads will cut the bag to shreds and I do not know what it would do to the screening, after continued use, in the way of resistance to penetration. However it is cheap and does the job.

I also used the bag full of old clothes but stuffed them in a pillow case.
