Common problem . . .see the "sticky" at the top of the forum . ..

Well I guess I must set a Custom standard, These all were fun to do and I was very impressed with the preformance that the modifications added !!.

I have the same Exocet you show in picture 5 - same camo pattern but without the crank. Can you tell me about how old that crossbow is and when it was made? Also, is it the same as the Exocet200? If not, what is the difference. Thanks, Wayne

I am not sure about that. I had my bow chronographed and it was shooting L IIs at 300 fps. with 100 gr. FP and I know the 165 was "advertised" at 270 fps at best.

That is a 2001 model Exocet 165 (typed wrong key) It has a 15" power stroke.
The for colour factory camo was discontinued the next year.
The Exocet 200 has a 15 1/2" power stroke and the forward riser

How do you measure the power stroke or the deck length to see if it is 15" or 15.5"?

Also mine has a machined riser, mag-tip limbs and FF string. It shoots GT L2s at 300 fps (chronographed) and has the safety on the back. Could it be a 165 modified or a 175? Thanks. Wayne

Ive always measured from the brace height to where the safetyncatches the string. Mid ' 02 Exocet went to 15 1/2 ps and 175 ibs.

foward riser 2 large holes

cast riser 4 small holes for front F.O sight or level

Machined riser 3 holes
