Sounds like the ol' BugTamer suit and a ThermaCell would be an unbeatable combo!

Grizz the BugTamer suit works great I have 2 and my wife has 1 and man they just cant get to ya...BUT the thermal cell runs them off completly...you cant go wrong with either..

I use therma cell, I have too down here in Alabama. Ofcourse the deer can smell it but I haven't had any be alarmed by it. Works really good.
