I use the HS TrueTalker - it does it all too. Have had some interesting "conversations" with deer with it. The key is not to force any air into it, just breathe - especially in cold.

My deer calls are adjustable, but you have to remove the reed and slide an O-ring to change the sound. I'm sure the principal is the same, they've just made the adjustment external. It should be handier, and simple to operate - if everything works "as advertised".
Not passing judgement, not trying to sell calls (I don't even have any for sale now) just providing information to show how it works.
