I just got a disturbing email from Ray's wife, here is the jest of her email:
"I doubt that Ray will be going anywhere soon, he's back in the hospital. He went hunting early this morning and was supposed to call his uncle to come get him but he never did call. Ellis found him quite a long way in the woods. Evidently, he got turned around this morning on the way to his blind stumbled at some point and fell in a swamp. We're not sure how long he laid in the water but he left here at 3:30am and they found him right after lunch. It was in the low 30s this morning so they've been trying to keep his temperature up and his legs are very numb. He makes me soo mad. He knows that he can't take the cold but instead of taking the heater that I bought him and getting into the box stand that the family built for him, he has to go rambling off into the cold by himself and something like this happens. I'll never understand it". I know Ray was excited to hunt the ridge on his lease today, he obviously didnt make it there and could use our prayers right now.

Obviously we will all be praying for him... He did recently talk about hunting that ridge and was very excited about it....
When he recovers, and he will, please tell him about our concern for him and then give him heck for not taking the extra care to hunt safely...
With so few good guys around we really need him to be OK.....
Our prayers with him and you....
