The same sort of difficulties are occuring in Ontario. If you have an exwife or girlfriend that has it in for you, your hunting is done! They need to approve your gun ownership before you can even keep the guns you have. There are ex's that are using this as a bargaining strategy so that the settlement goes in there favour.

Dan O. is fairly correct on this. In Canada, especially Ontario, you do not want to get into a nasty divorce. Or even a bar fight or nasty neighbour dispute.

This is very scary reading guy's.
There is a guy in my county with the same name as me and everytime I buy a gun I have to wait untill it's all cleard up.
The last shotgun I bought waas from an estate sale,NO PAPERS except for cash.
