Where One lives?

Post by bbbwb »

There are always topics being introduced to spark some comments --all as a result of personal opinion. So this is also one that falls into this category. Here goes.
Upon reading the different posts on the forum, it is of interest to me as to where the individual is located and with that in mind then assess the comment being made. In looking at the individual's profile, several have omitted or super generalized (i.e. southern Ontario) there "Location". I am wondering what are the reasons/concerns for not disclosing your location? Just curious.

Tyrrell County, GumNeck Township, Albemarle-Pamlico Peninsula in Northeastern North Carolina. Right next to the Hollow Ground Swamp.

Can't miss it! :D

I understand what you are saying bbbwb, like reading a post that says "deer are sheding their antlers!" and they don't say if they live in California or Pakistan, so the post really has no meaning.
I live in a small village between Woodstock and Brantford called Canning. It is where the Gretzky farmhouse is, it is common to have Walter drive by and yak at the kids during the summer.

I love telling people I live in Moscow. Even the Excalibur Marketing Dude asked " Where the heck is Moscow, Ontario?"

The only better way to disclose my location would be to give away my GPS coordinates :D
