There was this one shot that sticks in my mind , it was in Arkansas at Awshucks house when i killed his frying pan, it was about a 60 yrd shot , heavy cross wind and down hill , held my 50yd mark high and it landed sweet , Exocet 175lb w/Varizone, GT II 400gr. , this is the longest shot i have taken for fun on a target, even in 3D targets are max 50yrds.

Find Mathias. He is a member here. You can click on the link for his website and see some video of he and his friends shooting long range. There is some good info on tests and gear that he uses as well.

I shoot a Paradox with a Varizone scope on it.At 50 yards useing a tripod I group around 4 inches,so there is still the chance of robinhooding so I still use more then one target. With my scope I turn down the fps dial so the scope will make up the extra distance. The groups are bigger at 80 and 100 yards but I can still take out a belloon.Last year I posted a deer that I harvested at 70 yards this way.He wouldn't move no matter how much noise I made so I could not resist. It was a pass throw.

It's been awhile but my scope is at around the 325 mark when shooting 50 yards. For 80 yards I put it around the 275 mark and I still use the 50 yard crosshair on the scope at 100 yards I turn it all the way down and aim alittle high.
