I've tried accessing the stringing aid video and a couple of others. None of the links work in Firefox or Internet Explorer browsers. Any ideas?

They work for me John
Try restoring all IE settings to default,should fix the prob.

Firefox is always a bit of an issue with on-line video and at the moment ours is not 100% compatible. It will work with most other browsers.
