Post by Skarek »

I just wonder one thing. Which camo is the correct on teh 2008 phoenix? Is it the one on Excalis site or the one they ahve on bowhuntersuperstore. The lates sais they have the correct camo. I get confused:

The top one is the 08' phoenix and the bottom one is the 07' phoenix.

The Vortex and Equinox have the "AP" camo pattern.
The new Phoenix, Exocet and Exomax have the "Hardwoods HD" pattern which is a more colorful version of the old greemish "Hardwoods".

Boo - unless you have a custom bow, it's not the same...

The Folks at Kolorworks upgraded the "hardwoods" pattern last year and any bows out there from before we switched will be the previous style. The answer is that they are both correct but in my opinion it's not a big deal, I like both styles of hardwoods and I'm not inclined to change my personal bow to the new one...........Bill

Thanks for the answer Bill. I just got a bit confused when sites claimed to sell the 08-version and the pattern didn't match the bow you had on your page. It even got harder when I tried to understand what quiver i should get to match the bow :). But now i know.

Do you mean that all 2008 have the new color with more red, and none 2008 have the old greenish color?
