mechanical b-head for Equinox?

I only use Grim Reaper mechanicals.I only hunt deer,big deer.I have hit some in the spine,it goes right through.I took one two years ago with a head shot,the tip went clean through.I use the ones with the bone chissel,they stop at nothing and they allways go where I aim.I took a deer at 70 yards one year,it went through the shoulder and came out the ribs.Yeah guys I know that is to far,but if the deer don't want to move I will take the shot and with my Paradox and the Grim Reapers the deer allways fall.
