I did the same thing once. I went back the next day and an animal had dug it up . . .maybe a possum? That was cool.
My neighbor came over with his pistol crossbow yesterday and we lost one in my yard and I had just mowed. Those pistol crossbows . . .I've done more damage with a rubberband and a wad of paper.
