I am attaching a picture of a recent hunt with Sunshine Outfitters in Okeechobee fl. The picture is my God son's first hog. He shot it at 50 yards with iron sights at about 50 yards. He did a great job and was able to take take a few deep breaths to steady the shakes. We were together on a double ladder stand , with his Dad (non hunter) beneath. The boy loved it almost as much I did !
This is the same location Jeeptag just came back from.

Ok I give up on the pic. Take my word for it , it shows a happy 11 year old with his first kill. I tried.

cool! congrats! I would rather hunt hogs than deer, much better tablefare.
always nice to hunt woods down here where hogs are present.
