New range finder!

Post by TPM »

Got home from work today and my dear wife suprised with a new Bushnell Yardage Pro for my birthday! :D Never had a range finder before and I'm looking forward to trying it out in the field. BTW, it's 9 yards from my couch to the back of the dining room wall, my neighbour's van is 123 yards away, the school is 178 yards away, the neighbour's jeep across the road is 50 yards away...

LOL, you'll need a battery replacement or two by the time hunting season arrives!
Happy Birthday!

Kevin, I've always had a bit of a sense of adventure, I piloted a plane at age 14, I've rafted through some nasty rapids, I've been up 2,500 feet in the air suspended in a hang glider but I will not venture into my wife's knapsack. Think "hunting purse". I love her dearly but we do tend to pack a little differently when we head into the field. :D

I just picked one up last week at C.Tire. A Brunton, something or another? They had them on for $150.
