Welcome to the forum Bud. I'm often in the great... town of Peru, In. I believe that's in your neck of the woods?

I know the town of Kokomo they have what we call the H&H Dance Academy :) I don't really know the area that well. I just go there for work, then back home! I do see a lot of deer in the Wabash, and Roanoke area.

Welcome Bud,

You'll love your new crossbow adventures! A whole lot of people are finding that out just like you.

Here in Ontario any hunter can use a crossbow during the regular bow season which runs from Oct. 1 to Dec. 31. As far as I know it's been this way for a long time. More and more of the States are opening up their seasons to crossbows as well. It seems as soon as the hunting and harvest statistics are objectively viewed, there is little difference between vert an horizontal results. Just more people out enjoying the woods, which cannot be anything but good.

Stick around and share your excitement and experiences with us.
