The Whitetail Whackers are on the board.

Post by DuckHunt »

Total time in the woods till today's harvest...15 minutes. This was the sixth deer that I came across that was within bow range. She was the first to present a shot I was comfortable taking. Even though she was alert and saw me first, the Exomax put the arrow exactly where I aimed. I left home at 5:15pm and was home by 6:45pm. That include the 15 minute drive each way and a stop by the check station.

Every season I hunt with my Excalibur I have at least one hunt where the bow just impresses the heck out of me. Pinpoint accuracy in a hunting situation. What more could you ask for in a bow.

This will get the Whitetail Whackers off to our usual quick start.

Awesome!

Give us some details . . .what broadhead did you use, where did you hit her, how far did she go . . .couldn't have went far, unless it was toward your truck.
