i read about that. was that you scott? that would definately save damage to my phoenix and still allow me to join the dry fire club, but for some reason i don't think don would think its a very good idea. :lol:

after your advise don i also put the white mark on the side for brace height so it makes it easy to know if i need adjustment without measuring

Exactly what I do after a couple of DFs. I even put a label by the safety in red but still no luck. :cry:

After I finally got into the 1-2-3 routine above in rapid sequence I do one more thing - I switch eyes when looking through my scope. When I close my one eye the other views the rail and I can see my vanes and broadhead in an instant and then I switch eyes again. Works for me.
