I've seen fawns with spots during the first week of November. Whether or not they can survive the winter I couldn't tell you. I would think that some do.

I had to double check the date on your original post. Those fawns look like august fawns. I would never have belived they were photgraphed on the 2nd of Oct. Wow, they better get some growin in fast or they won't make the winter.
