Thankyou

Post by Fred »

Just a quick thankyou to Mr Trowbridge and the people at Excaliber for building a bow that works I read about three or four forums and the latest snafu is a moon knocked arrow that doesn't want to insert to the firing position properly but it is a great bow I happen to own one of that makers bows and would love to sell it but I don't trust the design. Some of these manufactures have to know they have a problem and just keep on building the same mistakes over and over, but what really gets me is people keep buying the things and telling everyone how great they are.Sorry for the rant but again thankyou for a GREAT bow.

Thanks for posting that Fred. And welcome.

Some of us on the forum have had similar issues, so we just smile and nod at your experiences.

It makes me happy too that the Troubridges got it right. :)

Excalibur is a CLASS ACT from top to bottom. My Vortex is my first bow of any kind. After reading this forum and others, Excalibur was the only choice. But which one??? I sent an e-mail asking for their recommendation and got a reply in less than an hour. They knew which one I needed based on my height, etc. Had some questions as most newbies do; actually got one reply from Bill T. although the question was not directed to him. I was impressed. I just dealt with Dan Miller and he is customer service personified!!! He spent 45 min. on the phone with me trying to deal with a self-inflicted problem. Sent him my rail & stock last week and got it back today, ready to go. He even called me to let me know what he did and to let me know it was on it's way back. Their bows are so well made and so accurate, they make me a better hunter. When I'm asked which Xbow I have, I say "The best one on the market and the only one I'll ever need". Thanks Excalibur!!
