Ladder Stand

Post by brokebow »

Just put up my new River Edge Ladder 17 foot XL Extreme Ladder stand, and I don't wast to brag, but this thing is great,I wish I would have invested in one like this the first time I bought one, easy to put up and easy to put together. Just read the directions and it comes with a cd that tells how to use the body harness and how to put the stands together. It takes 2 persons to put it up. A good investment for $170, I think. Jerry

I just put together my new gorilla ladder stand tonight. It took too long and I found the instructions a bit vague, But man is it comfortable!! (forgot to add it was too expensive)

I also prefer the 2 man. I like room to move around and lets me make a 'behind me' shot.

We prefer the two man stands also!

As we age our girth seems to advance as well.

Ther Walmart 2 man is the best value@ $114.00.

I am using a stealth ladder stand 16' from wal mart
I put it together and up myself.
It was not easy mind you.
It took me all day in my present condition.
I knew all my friends were hunting and I didnt want to bother them.
I assembled most of it at home and hauled it ionto the site one piece at a time.
It was a PITA but it's up and I killed a nice 6 point out of it

Have a half dozen spread throughout the area. Feel much safer on them than hang-ons.
