O/T Allison

Post by raydaughety »

Hey guys and gals, I don't want to put a damper on everyone hunting season with troubles but I really need your help. You may have heard me talk about my dad's brother, Uncle Ellis. Well, his youngest daughter (32 years old) has been fighting cancer for 6 years and it seems that she has lost the battle. She was sent home on Monday and her doctors doubt that she will live much longer, in fact they say she will not see Christmas. So, please pray for my family as we go through was is to come and give us the strength to bear to heartache that is inevitable. As far as Allison, she told me yesterday that she was tired of the pain, tired of the morphine but smiled when she told me that she is ready to go Home. Thank you all for being a big part of our family and being there for us.
God Bless !!!!!!!!!

Ray, that is always a difficult time but it sounds like she has a good attitude about it. That certainly does make it easier. Prayers sent.
Keep smiling!

Ray,

You, Allison and your family are in our prayers.

Miracles do happen, but there's no way to tell what the Lord has planned for each of us.

Thanks so much y'all. The strength that this young woman has is incredible. She's still smiling and we all are walking out of the room so that she can't see us cry. Something happened in the last few day that just amazes me. Allison's husband works for Bocsh, the huge company that makes power tools and appliances. With the economy being what it is we figured that it would only be a matter of time before the company would grow tired of him missing work, coming in tired and upset. Well, they sent him home and told him that they were giving him a 3 month leave of absence with pay and full benefits. Thank God for Bosch, a company that still remembers what family and communities are all about. I will keep you all posted.
God Bless !!!!!!!!!
