Sorry Madmax but I see them and hear them. Just didn't buy a tag and don't want to screw up the deer hunting. It doesn't appeal to me like the spring hunt did.

If you're not part of the solution, you might be part of the problem.
Not in ONT, but here in Ohio the turkeys are plentiful this fall.
The DNR says the cicadas provided plenty of food for them, so they had a very good survival rate this summer. I got a young tom (12#) last Sunday morning, and have been seeing plenty of turkeys lately.
I did not buy a tag. my local shop was told by the mnr they would get limited tags but they got none whats with that BS I was not doing the drive to purchase an hour away
I am seeing lots of turkeys, hearing lots of shotguns, but the fall hunt isn't for me..
If you are not willing to learn, nobody can help you, if you are willing, nobody can stop you.

I've used my tag the first day and so did two other friends and today we had a miss on a group of 10gobblers 28 yards
Having a great time and get to scout all the deer locations while I'm doing it. I have not seen a bow hunter in any area I have been and have not heard of any problems as of yet...
