Insert & Nock size

Well
I figured out why I have a couple arrows hitting outside my group.
I have dented the nock inserts while shooting at the same dot.
(go ahead,let me have it)
hat size are these inserts and nocks so I can replace them

What arrow are you shooting ? if you are using Gold Tip laser II you can use 2114 or 2117 inserts just make sure they weight the same amout as the ones you are removing.
