OT: when wild turkeys attack?

Post by njxbow »

i was driving 2 days ago through my home town in suburban nj when i noticed a tom turkey standing on a neighbors front lawn. when i tried to take a cell phone picture of the bird, it ran down to my car and proceeded to peck at my door. when i rolled down my window and yelled at it, it just stood there and stared at me. i will try to post some pictures

a couple of years ago in the town of Mitchel near Stratford , a Tom turkey decided to take up home in a locals backyard. At first people thought this was great, after a winter the tom started to get agressive and noone could walk or drive past this house. It was on you-tube last year. It is a true story. I have talked to someone from Mitchel this year and they said it was the talk of the town for a long time.
