Was away from here for a few days. Am so very glad to read of Kelly's progress. Saxman, you have an amazing daughter, there. Hearing of her waking and getting pissed and now using her hands and walking...God is definitely helping her have the strength to get through. Just amazing and am looking forward to reading more updates of her recovery. God bless her and your whole family. :D

Miricals do happen
Yesterday Kelly's meds were reduced again and she woke up.
After about an hour her hands stopped shaking and she was able to write.
The vent was removed and a valve put back on her trach, she can whisper.
She remembers everything.
By the afternoon PT came in with a wheeled walker and she tood up and took a short walk.
Later that day she walked again and ate some grits.
This morning she texted me from her phone "Good Morning I Love You"
Brought me to tears.
She has been moved out of med ICU and into a regular room.
She started today with two waks and more grits.

Things are looking up
