Bucks to drool over

Post by 8up »

These were killed in Knox county Illinois. 1 of the hunts will make it on tv. These are fair chase bucks.

Even with all my years of Woods time, I would probably be shakeing like a leaf. I have never seen anything that big live on the hoof.

World class Bucks.

WOW!!! I wish i could even see a monster like that crossing a field. Even without having a shot i would be satisfied just to see it!! On second thoughts having him inside 20 yard would be much better!@

WOW! Looks like I need to schedule a trip to Illinois next Fall. :)
Can an out-of-Stater by a bow or gun tag over the counter, or is it a lottery system??
How much public land is available,...or is it mostly leased hunting?

you wont unless its managed or you pay 5-8k to hunt the place :P

Im guessing its Ill Outfitters LLC?

I'd lve to go on a outfitted hunt, but I still get more enjoyment out of killing a smaller buck on public land :D If something gets that huge on public land, now thats a hellova buck :P :D

You might think that! I missed a world class buck my first year of hunting.. and there isnt a day that goes by I dont think of him. To make it worse.. I missed him the second year aswell  Once you get a chance at a world class buck all others just dont seem the same..
